2.2. User-Generated Content: If you submit content to VEEC, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media.

3.1. No Warranty: The website is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1. Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iHIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use VEEC, (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein, (c) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the website, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not iHIT has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Termination

5.1. Termination by iHIT: iHIT may terminate or suspend your access to VEEC, without notice and for any reason, including a breach of this Agreement.

5.2. Termination by You: You may terminate this Agreement by discontinuing your use of VEEC.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

6.1. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Jersey and the United States federal government, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

6.2. Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the state of New Jersey and the United States federal government.

7. Changes to this Agreement

7.1. Modification: iHIT reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Agreement on VEEC. Your continued use of the Website after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
